Millwall Football Club is poised to sign Belgian midfielder Mathis Servais, with the 21-year-old set to undergo a medical ahead of a permanent move from KV Mechelen. The Lions have agreed a deal to sign Servais, although the reported fee of €6 million is inaccurate. Servais impressed for Mechelen in his first season in Belgium's top flight, scoring four goals and assisting two more in 32 appearances. He came through Club Brugge's academy, making 25 appearances for their reserve team.
