Millwall Football Club is being told to swoop for Norway-based striker Sory Ibrahim Diarra by scout Bryan King, who discovered Erling Haaland. Diarra, a 26-year-old Mali international, has scored 25 goals in just 17 appearances this season for FK Haugesund in the Norwegian second tier. His contract had been set to expire at the end of the year but he has agreed new terms until 2028, despite strong interest from clubs including Hajduk Split in Croatia. Diarra's goal-scoring record this season is almost beyond belief, with nine goals in five games, including three league hattricks and eight braces. King knows all about the potential of young strikers, having recommended the signing of Erling Haaland to Everton, who made a damaging decision by turning him down. Making the same decision in the case of Diarra would be risky, King warns.
