Millwall Football Club have suffered a major injury blow with defender Tristan Crama undergoing surgery. The 24-year-old injured his ankle in a pre-season friendly with Royal Antwerp. Crama also underwent surgery last season after suffering another ankle injury and is now set for another spell on the sidelines. "It's hard to accept after everything it took to get back but I've done it once and I'll do it again," Crama posted on his Instagram. The defender started every one of Millwall's 46 league games last season and was named the club's Players' Player of the Season.
